Bid design (technical)

The brief was to visualise professional services within corporate real estate.

Project Details

  • Use the brand to produce a bespoke and engaging document
  • Think about the momentum (of the work to be carried out) combined with what corporate real estate is

The square design enabled portability and a shape that would stand out from the norm. I defined real estate with the use of an abstract key made up of a city skyline. I used the colours to denote the rhythm and momentum of the work that would be required after mobilisation.
